	What are the costs?
	Notary fee
	Deed of transfer of title including Land Registry fees, transfer of client funds, miscellaneous searches and VAT	€ 1055.00*

Standard activities

Notaris.com has a low basic rate and is suitable for standard activities. This means that we are happy to do the purchase for you if:

it is only an existing property
the house is not rented out
the house is not transferred within the family
it does not concern a holiday home, new construction, project-based construction, selling off of previously rented homes or commercial real estate, and
the purchase agreement has been drawn up by a broker.

	No standard activities If you do not meet the above conditions, it is not standard work. In that case you can use our services at VPVA civil-law notaries and request a separate quote via VPVA notarissen. The rates stated above do not apply to this.

	How does it all work?
	What are your responsibilities? More info... • You send us the purchase contract (via the real estate agent). • You can log in to your own online file with the login details we will send you. • You will complete the digital questionnaire and attach a scanned copy of your ID. • You can monitor the progress and messages regarding the purchase of your home in your online file. • You can view updates in your online file when it suits you. • You can view the deed and settlement statement in your online file, and • You can approve the deed and settlement statement, or send us any comments, by e-mail. • You will have continued access to your online file even after signing the deed. • You will need to sign the deed in person at our office.
	What are our responsibilities? More info... • After registration/receipt of the case we will contact you within one working day. • Once we have accepted your case we will immediately send you the login details for your online file. • We will e-mail you a questionnaire. • We will enter any particulars/correspondence and progress regarding the purchase of your home in your online file. • We will notify you by e-mail of any updates to your online file. • We will prepare the deed of transfer of title and the settlement statement and make them available in your online file. • We give you the option to view your online file up to 1 year after signing the deed. • We will arrange a time for you to sign the deed in person at our office.
