Standard activities
Notaris.com has a low basic rate and is suitable for standard activities. This means that we are happy to handle the purchase of your new home and draw up a mortgage deed for you provided that:
it is only an existing property
the house is not rented out
the house is not transferred within the family
it does not concert a holiday home, new construction, project-based construction, selling off of previously rented homes or commercial real estate
the purchase agreement has been drawn up by a broker, and
the mortgage instruction has been drawn up by a banking institution established in the Netherlands.
No standard activities
If you do not meet the above conditions, it is not standard work. In that case you can use our services at VPVA civil-law notaries and request a separate quote via VPVA notarissen. The rates stated above do not apply to this.
How does it all work?

• Tell notaris.com who your real estate agent and bank are.
• You can log in to your own online file with the login details we will send you.
• You will complete the digital questionnaire and attach a scanned copy of your ID.
• You can monitor the progress and updates regarding the purchase of your home and the mortgage in your online file.
• You can view updates in your online file when it suits you.
• You can view the deeds and settlement statement in your own online file, and
• You can approve the deeds and settlement statement, or send us any comments, by e-mail.
• You will have continued access to your online file even after signing the deeds.
• You will need to sign the deeds in person at our office.
What are our responsibilities?More info...
• After registration/receipt of the case we will contact you within one working day.
• Once we have accepted your case we will immediately send you the login details for your online file.
• We will e-mail you a questionnaire.
• We will enter any particulars/correspondence and progress regarding the purchase of the home and the mortgage in your online file.
• We will handle the correspondence with the real estate agent, the bank and any mortgage broker you may be using.
• We will notify you by e-mail of any updates to your online file.
• We will prepare the deed of transfer of title, the mortgage deed and the settlement statement and make them available in your online file.
• We give you the option to view your online file even after signing the deeds.
• We will arrange a time for you to sign the deeds in person at our office.
